EDI MCS or EDI Mission Critical Support is a one stop technical helpdesk for global EDI users. The purpose of EDI MCS is to understand and provide knowledge based technical support to EDI users arising out of issues related to EDI GAP Analysis, EDI Map development, Trading Partner setup, EDI Map Translation, Testing in the staging and production environment.
